Cancellation policy

Canceling registration:
Virtual access would be available during and after the conference and as such registration fees are non-refundable.
If you want to make changes to or cancel your registration, please send a written notification to the INEBRIA Registration Desk by e-mail (inebriaconference@sangath.in). Changes and cancellations will be processed during our working hours (Monday - Friday 9:30-17:00 IST. Requests for changes and cancellations received outside our working hours will be processed on the next working day, which may incur additional charges. Refunds will be made to the credit card/Bank account which was used for your registration.
Payment Policy
• Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration (Early Bird/Regular/Late) deadline.
• Any registration fees still outstanding after the closing of the Early bird deadline (Monday 17:00 IST, May 31st , 2021, will be automatically upgraded to the regular fee.
• Any registration fees of regular fee deadline still outstanding after the closing of the regular deadline (Saturday 17.00 IST, July 31, 2021) will be automatically upgraded to the Late fee.
