About Goa
Goa (capital city: Panaji) is a small state located on the western coast of India. It was liberated from Portuguese colonial rule in 1961 and became a state in the Union of India.
Known for its picturesque beaches, history, architecture and vibrant nightlife, Goa is hugely popular with international and domestic travelers alike. Getting around in Goa
Dabolim Airport, Goa is an hour away (40 km) from the conference venue. Taxis are available at the Arrivals area. Most drivers should be able to bring you to the conference venue with minimal instruction. Please use this location link (or click on the Map above) to map your way if necessary.
There are many options for local transport in Goa. Pre-paid taxi and motorcycle rickshaw services are available at most major bus stations and market places.
Local transport buses have a wide network even in remote areas.
